Godi dose or wheat flour dosa recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Godi dose or atta dosa is a very easy and tasty breakfast recipe. Godhi hittina dose or wheat dosa is prepared using wheat flour, rice flour, rava, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, green chili and salt.

I have used well-seasoned cast Iron pan in this recipe. However if you don't have cast iron pan, go ahead with non-stick pan. Dose comes out equally good.
Godi or godhi dose is familiar by different names like wheat dosa, wheat flour dosa, atta dosa, gothambu dosa, godhuma dosa etc., This is a very easy and quick recipe. Godi dose is a perfect recipe for people, who find digesting chapathi is difficult.
Jolada dose or jowar dosa can be served along with coconut chutney, sambar or veg sagu.
