Instant neer dosa or neer dose recipe explained with step by step pictures. Instant neer dosa is prepared using rice flour and little coconut. This neer dosa recipe is a very easy and very quick dosa recipe.. Instant neer dosa or neer dose can be served with coconut chutney or any other chutneys. This type of dosa is familiar by name Ghavan or Ghavne in Maharashtra.
Making neer dosa is very easy, if you have a well seasoned Iron pan. But you can also use non-stick pan if you don't have a seasoned cast Iron pan. I have posted many neer dosa recipes like plain neer dosa, cucumber neer dosa, spicy or uppu-huli neer dosa, ragi neer dosa etc., Here in this recipe I have ground the rice flour along with little coconut. Grinding rice flour gives good texture to dosas and also it makes the dosa making process hassle free. Adding coconut gives good taste and flavor to dosas.
