Mixed dal or lentils dosa or bele dose recipe explained with step by step pictures. This mixed dal (lentils) dosa or bele dose is very tasty and healthy. This dosa is also popular by name pancharatna dosa because 5 types of dal or lentils are used. So this dosa is very good for growing kids.
This dosa recipe is from my friend Manjula. She is very innovative in her cooking and she is a great cook. So in the future I will be sharing many of her recipes here. Mixed dal or lentils dosa is a quick dosa recipe as there is no fermentation required. But however if you have time you can ferment it for few hours for better result.
