menthe dose or methi dosa recipe

Menthe dose or dosa recipe explained with step by step pictures and a quick video. Menthya dosa is nothing but methi seeds dosa. Menthe dose is prepared using very minimum ingredients like rice and fenugreek seeds. This is a very easy and comforting dosa recipe. Menthe dose or fenugreek seeds dosa can be served with coconut chutney or sambar or ghee and sugar.

I have used idli rice here. However you can use dosa rice as well. I feel dosas will come out good with idli rice. Menthe dose or menthya dose is very healthy. You can prepare the batter using wet grinder or mixer grinder. The only requirement is the batter sould be well fermented or else dosas will turn bitter. You can also use jaggery in this dosa if you like it that way. But add the jaggery after the fermentation before making the dosas. This is a diabetic friendly recipe and also it helps in losing the weight.
