    Palak dosa recipe

    Preparation time: 5 hours
    Cooking time: 15 min
    Serves: 4

    Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

    1. 1/2 cup hesaru kalu or green gram
    2. 1/4 cup rice
    3. 1/2 bunch palak leaves
    4. 1cm length ginger
    5. 2 - 3 green chilies
    6. Salt as per your taste

    Instructions for making palak dose:

    1. Soak 1/2 cup of green gram and 1/4 cup rice for 5 - 6 hours.Soak green gram and rice for palak dose or palak dosa recipe
    2. After soaking drain the water and transfer the soaked ingredients into a mixie jar. Add in ginger and green chillies.soaked ingredients in mixer grinder for palak dose or palak dosa recipe

    4. Grind it into a fine batter by adding required water.ground batter for palak dose or palak dosa recipe
