Palak paratha or palak chapathi is a healthy and tasty breakfast recipe using palak leaves. Palak parathas are easy to prepare as compared to stuffed parathas like aloo paratha and carrot stuffed paratha. It is just like preparing chapathis. Here ground puree of palak leaves, green chili, ginger and garlic are are mixed with the wheat flour and kneaded into a pliable dough.
