carrot paratha or carrot parota recipe explained with step by step pictures. In this carrot parota no masala powders are used instead fresh spices are used. This is a stuffed carrot parota. To prepare the stuffing the spices are tempered, few ingredients and grated carrot are fried. Also a little mashed potato is added for binding purpose. Finally the parotas are prepared just like any other stuffed parotas.
The methi (fenugreek leaves) paratha or menthe soppina parota is little different from this as there is no stuffing involved. Even that parota tastes great and is a smart way to consume greens.
