Radish paratha recipe, mullangi paratha

Radish paratha or Mullangi paratha or Mooli parata recipe explained with step by step pictures. Radish paratha is prepared using wheat flour, radish, cumin powder, garam masala and red chili powder. Radish parathas are easy to make as compared to stuffed parathas like aloo paratha and carrot stuffed paratha. It is just like preparing chapathis. grated radish and the spices are mixed with the wheat flour and kneaded into a pliable dough. I have already posted methi or menthe soppina parota recipe, which is similar to this but the ingredients are very different.

Radish is very good for health. You can read more about radish in my other radish recipes like radish chutney, radish sambar and radish-capsicum-pomegranate salad. Radish parathas are very tasty and I would say it is one of the tastiest way to eat radish. If you do not like radish, then please do try this paratha recipe once. I am sure you will start liking radish. This recipe is from my dear friend Anupama. She prepares a salad or kosambari from radish.
