Radish, Capsicum and Pomogranate raitha recipe

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Serves: 2

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 120ml)

  1. 1 medium sized radish
  2. 1/2 pomogranate
  3. 1/2 capsicum
  4. 1 cup grated coconut
  5. 1 cup thick curd
  6. 1/2 cup water
  7. Salt as per your taste
  8. 1 red chilly
  9. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 2 tsp cooking oil

Instructions for making Radish, Capsicum and Pomogranate raitha

  1. Chop the capsicum, and fry them under low flame using 1 tsp of cooking oil. Keep it aside, let it become cool.fry capsicum for radish raita
  2. Grate the radish, take out the seeds from the pomogranate and put them in a bowl. Grind coconut into a smooth paste and add. Now to the same bowl add curd, water, salt and mix.grate radish for radish raita
  3. Now add the fried capsicum and temper it with oil, mustard and red chilly.tempering radish raita
