This is a very tasty mosarubajji or raitha or salad recipe prepared using grated radish, fried capsicum, pomegranate seeds, coconut and mustard seeds.

Including radish in your diet helps treating or preventing certain ailments like Jaundice, BP, Piles, Cancer, Diabetes etc., Capsicum is a tasty vegetable with low calories and a good supply of vitamins and minerals, this also keeps your eyes healthy. And pomogranate is a nutrient dense, antioxidant rich fruit has been revered as a symbol of health, fertility and eternal life. So a tasty raitha prepared using all these ingredients is a must try recipe.
