Hesaru kaalu gojju or green gram curry recipe explained with step by step pictures. Hesaru kaalu gojju or green gram curry goes well with chapathi or roti. This is a very simple curry recipe prepared using green gram or mung bean and is very tasty also. You can serve this hesaru kaalu gojju or green gram curry with jowar roti (jolada rotti) or chapathi.
I have used "pav bhaji" masala powder in this curry, which you can also replace with garam masala powder. If you do not have either pav bhaji masala or garam masala, then you can substitute it with rasam powder or sambar powder or vangi bath powder depending on your taste.
Green gram or green gram dal is very healthy. I have one healthy salad or kosambari recipe prepared using mung dal or hesaru bele on this website. She uses garam masala and red chili powder but I felt it tastes better with pav bhaji masala powder.
