Sihi avalakki recipe

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1.5 cup thin beaten rice or avalakki or poha
  2. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  3. 1/4 cup powdered jaggery
  4. Salt as per your taste
  5. A pinch of cardamom powder

Instructions for making sihi avalakki :

  1. Take grated coconut, powdered jaggery, salt and cardamom powder in a wide plate or bowl.ingredients for sihi avalakki
