tomato onion chutney recipe

Tomato onion chutney recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This tomato onion chutney is served with masala dosa. Tomato onion chutney goes well with dosa or chapathi or rice. This is a no-coconut chutney and tastes very good. Actually I like this chutney with either rice or chapathi than with dosa.

This tomato-onion chutney is a very old recipe in our house. I keep preparing this very often. This is a versatile chutney and goes well with dosa, rice and chapathi. Actually in masala dosa there are 2 types of red chutney used. One is applied while making dosa and other red chutney is served along with the dosa. So this is the red chutney, which is served along with the dosa.
