water melon rind or white part chutney

Watermelon rind (white part) chutney is a simple yet very tasty chutney goes very well with rice. While preparing watermelon juice or while eating watermelon on these summer days we will remove and waste the watermelon rind (white part). But what I suggest is don't throw the watermelon rind instead try this chutney. Its really yummy.

The watermelon rind has many benefits. This often-wasted food can do good things for your body. Preparing watermelon rind chutney also helps to cut down the amount of garbage you produce, so it’s good for the environment as well.
