Mavina hannina happala or aam papad recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Mavinahannina happala or mango papad are sundried mango pulp. Mango papad is very soft, tasty and melts in mouth. Mavina hannina happala is prepared using mango pulp, sugar, salt and cardamom.

I have added 2 tbsp sugar, which you can adjust as per your taste and the sweetness of mango. You can replace sugar with jagery or brown sugar, if you want to make this sweet more healthy... I have taken 2 cups of mango pieces from 4 medium sized mangoes. If you dry this properly, you can store it for long time.

Mango happala recipe

Preparation time: 3 days
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves: 4 rolls

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 2 cups chopped mango pulp
  2. 2 tbsp suagr (adjust as per your taste)
  3. Pinch if salt
  4. 1 - 2 cardamom
  5. Water as required

Instructions for making mango happala:

  1. Take around 2 cups of chopped mango in a mixie jar.mango pulp for mavina hannu happala or aam papad recipe
