mavinakai chutney or raw mango chutney

Mavinakai chutney or mavinakayi chutney recipe explained with step by step pictures. This mavinakai chutney or raw mango chutney is prepared using raw mango, coconut, fried red chilli and fried urad dal. Mango chutney can be prepared by just grinding raw mango, coconut and green chillis. But this type of Mango chutney tastes unique because of the fried urad dal.

This mango chutney is very tasty and is my personal favorite. You can serve this chutney with hot steamed rice. Also Mango chutney is a heavenly combination with neer dosa.
