Mango frooti juice or maaza juice recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a very healthy and a tasty version of canned mango juice. You can easily prepare and store tetrapack kind of mango juice. This juice tastes good and is very helpful for the scorching summer.

I have added 1/2 cup sugar, which you can adjust as per your taste. You can replace sugar with jagery if you want to make this juice more healthy... I have taken 1/4 cup of raw mango for 2 cups of ripened mango pulp. Raw mango enhances the taste, flavor and is good to control acidity.

Mango frooti juice recipe

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Serves: 4 cups

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 2 cups chopped mango pulp
  2. 1/4 cup chopped raw mango
  3. 1/2 cup sugar (adjust as per your taste)
  4. Water as required

Instructions for making mango frooti juice juice:

  1. Take out around 2 cups of mango pulp.mango pulp for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  2. Transfer the mango pulp and raw mango pieces into a pan.mango and raw mango for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  3. Add in sugar. Adjust sugar level as per sweetness of mango and as per your taste.sugar for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  4. Also add in required water and keep it for boiling.water for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  5. When it starts to boil, reduce the flame, close the lid and cook until raw mangoes are soft.cooking mangoes for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  6. Switch off the stove once the raw mangoes are cooked and soft. It takes hardly 7 - 8 minutes to cook.cooked mangoes for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  7. Drain the cooked water. We will be using this water later.draining the cooked water for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  8. Now grind the cooked mango pieces into a fine paste using mixer grinder.ground mangoes for mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  9. Strain it using a juice strainer. Please note, straining or filtering is optional.filtering mango frooti juice or maaza juice
  10. Make use of a spoon and some water to ease the filtering process.filtering mango frooti juice or maaza juice

  12. Add in required water, give a good mix, chill it and serve. You can store this juice in refrigerator for 1 month.mango frooti juice or maaza juice
