So I have used just 3 dates for 1 cup of milkshake. Depending on the sweet and type of dates, you can adjust the number of dates to be used. Karjoora milkshake recipe

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 0 min
Serves: 3 cups

Ingredients - type1: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 3 - 4 dates or karjoora
  2. 1 cardamom
  3. 1 cup milk

Ingredients - type2: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 3 - 4 dates or karjoora
  2. 1 small banana or 1/2 big banana
  3. 1 cup milk

Ingredients - type3: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 3 - 4 dates or karjoora
  2. 4 - 5 cashews
  3. 4 - 5 badam
  4. A small piece cinnamon
  5. 1 cup milk

Instructions for making dates or karjoora milkshake:

  1. To begin with let's prepare first type of dates milkshake. For that take deseeded dates, cardamom and 1/4 cup of milk in a mixie jar.dates and cardamom for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
  2. Grind it into a fine paste.grinding for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
  3. Next add in remaining 3/4 cup of milk and grind it again. First type is ready.milk for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
  4. To prepare second type of dates milkshake, take deseeded dates and 1/4 cup of milk in a mixie jar.dates and milk for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
  5. Grind it into a fine paste. Add in remaining milk and banana. Grind it again until fine and serve.banana for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
  6. Now to prepare third type of dates milkshake, take deseeded dates, cashew and peeled badam in a mixie jar. You can soak cashew and badam for 3 minutes for easy grinding.cashew and badam for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
  7. Add in a very small piece of cinnamon or a pinch of cinnamon powder.cinnamon for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
  8. Add in 1/4 cup of milk and grind until fine paste.milk for dates milkshake or karjoora milkshake
