Uddina bonda or uddina vade recipe explained with step by step pictures and video. Uddina bonda or mysore bonda is prepared using urad dal, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, coconut and salt. Preparing crispy uddina bonda or uddina vade is very easy and is very tasty. Uddina vade is familiar by different names like uddina vade, mysore bonda, mysore bajji, biscuit ambode etc.,
You can find regular uddina vade or medu vada recipe here. However I prefer this uddina bonda recipe as this is very easy and hassle free. You need not struggle to give the shape. After soaking the urad dal, you need just 15 minutes to prepare this tasty snacks.
Uddina vade or uddina bonda can be served either with chutney or without chutney. You can also prepare bonda soup using these bondas.
