hesaru bele nippatu recipe

Jhat phat hesaru bele nippattu recipe explained with step by step pictures. This is tasty snacks recipe prepared using green gram dal, wheat flour, Maida flour and pepper. Hesaru bele nippattu is a crispy and spicy deep fried biscuit recipe.

The regular nippattu recipe or ingredients are very different as compared to this hesarubele nippattu. You can find very popular nippattu recipe here.

I learnt this recipe from my Prema chikkamma (aunt) and these pictures are clicked in her kitchen when I had been to my native. She says original recipe is with maida flour. But she mixes Maida and Wheat flour to make it more healthy. These are very easy snacks and it will not suck more oil. Do try and enjoy!!
