Gorikayi gojju or cluster beans curry recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Gorikayi gojju or palya is a tasty sidedish for chapathi or rice. Gorikayi gojju or cluster beans curry is prepared using cluster beans, onion, tomato, rasam powder and few other spices.
I have used rasam powder in this recipe, which you can replace it with sambar powder or vangi bath powder. If you don't have any of these powders then use red chili powder.
Gorikayi is familiar by different names like Guar, Gawar, Kothavarangai and Goru Chikkudu. This gorikayi gojju or cluster beans curry is very tasty recipe and goes very well with chapathi or rice.
