Veg kurma or mixed vegetable kurma recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a hotel style mixed vegetable kurma or curry. This vegetable kurma is very tasty and easy to prepare. This kurma is served as an accompaniment with chapathi, dosa or poori. Vegetable kurma is very similar to Karnataka style veg sagu with a slight variation. Like sagu, vegetable kurma also will have very soft and mild taste.

This is a mixed vegetable kurma and you can use any vegetable of your choice. I have used most common vegetables like carrot, beans, potato and green peas.
