Aloo sagu or potato sagu recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a very tasty sagu or kurma or curry recipe prepared using potato, carrot, onion and tomato. This potato sagu can be served as an accompaniment with chapathi or dosa or poori. Potato or aloo sagu is very easy to prepare as there is no grinding process involved in this recipe.
I learnt this recipe from my friend. But then later I came to know that, this potato sagu or curry recipe is very similar to popular Bombay sagu recipe. My son loves this and it tastes good with chapathi. I have posted 2 more kurma or sagu recipes like mixed vegetable sagu and vegetable kurma recipes. Both goes very well with chapathi or poori.
