Garlic rice is very easy and very tasty. Garlic rice or bellulli chitranna is a perfect recipe to finish leftover rice.
In my family we normally do not eat leftover rice from previous day. It is like that from very olden days. Only required rice is prepared and it will get over on the same day. And in case if it is left over then my Mother used to prepare this garlic rice. May be to help with the digestion. What ever it is..one must taste this garlic rice..it is full of garlic flavor and tastes too good. Please note adding lemon juice is optional and it is left to your choice.
