Uddu menthe dose or dosa recipe explained with step by step pictures and video. Uddu menthe dose is nothing but urad dal and methi seeds dosa. Uddu menthe dose is prepared using rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds. This is a very easy and comforting dosa recipe. Uddu-menthe dose can be served with coconut chutney or sambar.
This uddu-menthe dose is in between uddina dose (urad dal dosa) and neer dose. Uddina dose (urad dal dosa) will be thick and soft. Whereas neer dose is thin. And this uddu-menthe dose will be little thick and soft. This is because urad dal quantity is very less in uddu-menthe dose. This type of dosa is very popular in Malnad region of Karnataka.
This is a perfect dosa recipe, if you are having difficulty in making neer dosa. Also ff you don't like or can't eat urad dal dosa due to some reasons, then this dosa is a right choice for you.
