This type of yellow banana chips is popular as "Kerala banana chips" but it is also popular in Karavali and Malnad region of Karnataka. In Karnataka apart from this yellow or plain salted banana chips, red chili spiced and pepper spiced banana chips are also in practice. They are the spicy version of banana chips, which I will share with ypu all soon.
