Thin sev mixture or kara sev mixture recipe explained with step by step pictures and a quick video. Thin kara sev mixture is prepared using gram flour, peanuts, roastd gram and few other spices. This thin kara sev mixture is very easy to make and tastes delicious.
I have posted 2 more mixture recipes on this website like thin beaten rice or avalakki mixture and field beans or avarekaalu mixture recipes.
This is a continuation of my earlier post thin kara sev or plain sev. We do not prefer eating plain sev, instead I make different types of mixture using the sev. Here I have explained a simple and most common type of mixture using thin sev. You can add or leave any ingredients you wish. Even the quantity of peanuts or roasted gram can be varied as per your choice. My Mother will add deep fried thick beaten rice or poha. I have made a quick video on sev recipe, which I have embedded it below. Kindly have a look.
