Kara kaddi or kara sev recipe explained with step by step pictures. This is a Karnataka style kara kaddi recipe prepared using gram flour, red chili powder, carom seeds and asafoetida. This easy kara kaddi or khara kaddi is also known as murukku. I have posted one more thin kara sev recipe on this website, do check that as well.
Kara kaddi can be prepared in very less time using very minimum ingredients. So when there is a sudden guest at home or if you want something to munch on along with your cup of tea, then this is a perfect recipe to remember. There is another way to prepare kara kaddi, which makes use of rice flour along with gram flour. I will share that recipe also soon. This recipe is from my mother or I would say from my elder brother. Yes...I have written about my brother's interest in cooking in my kesari bath recipe post. Ok.., do not forget to try this easy and tasty snacks recipe.
