Thambittu unde or rice flour ladoo recipe explained with step by step pictures. This is a akki thambittu and is prepared using rice, jaggery, roasted gram, peanuts and dessicated coconut. Thambittu or rice flour ladoo is a very popular recipe from Karnataka. This type of thambittu is prepared during Shivarathri festival across Bangalore and Mysore region of Karnataka.
