cheese dosa recipe

Cheese dosa or cheese dose recipe explained with step by step pictures. Cheese dosa or dose is prepared using set dosa batter. Regular set dosa is topped with chopped onions, green chili, capsicum, grated cheese and coriander leaves to prepare tasty cheese dosa.

You can prepare these dosas or uthappams using regular dosa batter. But I prefer set dosa batter, which I have already posted. If you use set dosa batter then you can prepare real thick onion dosas. Also dosas will be very soft and tasty.

This is a kids friendly recipe. And you can serve cheese dosa with tomato sauce or mint chutney. Or like regular dosas you can serve this dosa with either coconut chutney or mixed vegetable saagu.
