Palak paratha recipe, palak parota

Hesaru kalu chapathi or moong paratha recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Moong paratha or green gram parota is prepared using wheat flour, green gram, green chili, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and few other spice powders. Moong paratha or chapathi is a healthy and tasty breakfast recipe using soaked green gram.

Moong parathas are easy to prepare as compared to stuffed parathas like aloo paratha and carrot stuffed paratha. It is just like preparing chapathis. Here ground puree of soaked green gram, green chili, ginger and garlic are mixed with wheat flour and kneaded into a pliable dough. I have already posted methi or menthe soppina parota, methi or menthe soppina parota, palak paratha recipes, which are quite similar to this but the ingredients are different.

Green gram or hesarukalu is very good for health. You can find many recipes like hesarukalu usli or green gram sundal, green gram sprouts salad and hesarukalu gojju or green gram curry on this website.
