Pineapple sweet curry or ananas gojju recipe explained with step by step pictures. Ananas gojju is a mouth watering curry prepared using pineapple, jaggery, coconut and rasam powder. If you do not have rasam powder, then replace it by (1/2 tasp red chili+1/2 tsp coriander+1/4 tsp cumin). This pineapple curry or ananas gojju goes very well with rice. You can also use this curry as a side dish for chapathi or dosa.
Pineapple is a tasty fruit. It has many health benefits. Pineapple supports immune system, increases bone strength, helps in eye health and digestion.
