Ragi malt or health drink recipe

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves: 2

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 3 tbsp ragi or finger millet flour
  2. 3 tbsp jaggery (adjust as per your taste)
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. A pinch of cardamom powder

Instructions for making ragi malt or health drink recipe:

  1. Take ragi (finger millet) flour and jaggery in a container.finger millet flour and jaggery for ragi malt or health drink

  3. Add in a cup of milk. Mix well and make sure that there are no lumps.water for ragi malt or health drink
  4. Keep it on stove top and bring it to boil by stirring continuously.milk for ragi malt or health drink
  5. Allow it to boil for 2 minutes under low flame by stirring continuously. Add in cardamom powder. Optionally you can add little ghee. Switch off the stove.boiling ragi malt or health drink
