Oats khichdi recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a very tasty and easy light dinner recipe. This oats khichdi can be prepared as a breakfast also. Oats khichdi is prepared using moong dal (hesarubele), oats, mixed vegetables, onion, tomato, ginger, ghee, green chilli, black pepper and few other spices. This is a very tasty and healthy light dinner recipe and can be prepared in very less time. I have prepared this khichdi using oats, which can be replaced with rice or broken wheat.
