Ribbon pakoda recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Ribbon pakoda is a quick evening snacks recipe prepared using rice flour, gram flour, butter and few other spices. Ribbon pakoda is a deep fried tea time snacks and it is very tasty.
This recipe gives you oil free, crispy ribbon pakodas. I have used 1 tbsp butter, however if you can increase the amount of butter to make it more crispy. You can also replace the butter with 2 tbsp hot oil.
Spices used in this recipe can be changed as per your taste. You can increase the chilli powder to make it spicy. You can replace the asafoetida with ginger-garlic paste if you like your ribbon pakoda that way.
Ribbon pakoda can be prepared in very less time using very minimum ingredients. So when there is a sudden guest at home or if you want something to munch on along with your cup of tea, then this is a perfect recipe to remember. Do not forget to try this easy and tasty snacks recipe.
