Last week I had prepared ridgegourd dosa for breakfast. And I had left out with the peels, which I was planning to use in the ridge gourd peel chutney. But then my Father-in-law gave me this ridge gourd peel dosa idea. I tried it very next day and the results were awesome. These heerekai dose or ridge gourd dosa can be served hot with either chutney or coconut oil or ghee.
