harive soppina huli or dantina soppu saaru

Harive soppina huli or dantina soppu saaru recipe explained with step by step pictures. Harive soppu or dantina soppu sambar is a very simple sambar with minimum ingredients. This is a no dal sambar prepared using amaranthus leaves. And masala ingredients or spices are not roasted in this sambar so it is also called by name "hasi masale huli" translates to "raw spices sambar". This sambar goes very well with rice or ragi mudde.

This is a very tasty gravy recipe. This is my personal favourite. I like it with rice. This sambar tastes good with rice or chapathi and is very healthy. I have prepared this sambar using green amaranthus leaves, which you can also replace with red amaranthus leaves. Generally this sambar is served with a dollop of butter.
