sweet yogurt or mishti doi recipe

Sweet yogurt (curd) or mishti doi explained with step by step pictures and a video. Sweet curd or sweet yogurt is prepared using milk, sugar and little curd. This is a very easy and tasty desert or sweet recipe. Caramelised sugar has been added in this recipe to enhance the taste and flavour. You can serve it like an icecream.

We can call this by name "thick sweet curd". I have used 1/2 cup of sugar in this recipe. In that 1/4 cup of sugar has been added as it is. And rest 1/4 cup is carmelized. This gives an unique taste (malai kulfi taste) to the yoghurt.

After preparing the sweet milk, we need to add beaten curd and rest it for few hours to set.

You can find how to make ghee, how to make sprouts, how to make peanut butter and how to make soft paneer recipes. Do not forget to check them as well. Because it is very easy to make curd, ghee, sprouts and paneer etc., at home.
