This is a healthy avalakki recipe with raw cucumber and tomato. It uses very less oil and no-coconut as well. So if you are interested in weight loss, then this is the perfect recipe.
I like avalakki recipes a lot. I find them very tasty and very easy to prepare. I have posted many avalakki recipes on this website like masale avalakki upkari, malnad style gojjavalakki, mangalore style gojjavalakki, bengaluru-mysuru style gojjavalakki, avalakki unde, gatti avalakki oggarane, avalakki bisibele bath, sihi avalakki, mosaru avalakki and avalakki mixture recipes.
I have added little sugar in this recipe, which is optional and you can skip it. And if you wish you can add litle lemon juice at the end. You can also top it with sev while serving.
