Dasavala or hibiscus flower thambuli explained with step by step pictures. This is tasty recipe from dasavala or hibiscus flower. Thambuli or thambli is a quick gravy recipe and are served as first course in a multi-course meal. Coconut and curd (yoghurt) are the two main ingredients in all thambuli recipes.
On the other day, I was so surprised when my mother-in-law was picking hibiscus flowers to use in her cooking. Within 10 minutes she prepared a tasty thambuli or thambli out of it. Again to my surprise it was so yummy and everyone liked it.
