Ugadi pachadi recipe

Serves: 10

Ingredients for panchamrutha: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 3/4 cup water
  2. 1 tsp tamarind juice
  3. 2 tbsp jaggery
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango pieces
  5. 1 tbsp neem flower
  6. A big pinch black pepper
  7. A big pinch salt

Instructions for making ugadi pachadi:

  1. Take water in a bowl.water for ugadi pachadi or bevu bella recipe
  2. Add in tamarind juice.tamarind for ugadi pachadi or bevu bella recipe
  3. Add in peeled and finely chopped raw mango.raw mango for ugadi pachadi or bevu bella recipe
