I have used 1 tbsp of saarina pudi or rasam powder in this recipe, which you can adjust as per your taste. Also if you don't have rasam powder, then you can add any other powder of your choice. Or you can simple add some garam masala and some chilli powder. You can also adjust the other ingredients like salt, tamarind and jaggery as per your taste.
