How to make thick curd in just 1 hour is explained with step by step pictures and a video. Using this method you can prepare thick curd in just 1 hour or 2 hours easily. This is a homemade thick curd recipe. Regular pasteurised cow's milk is used to prepare thick curd.
This recipe this method to prepare curd is very helpful. Sometimes you may need to prepare curd in less time. So use this way to prepare curd in very less time.
This method works and I have tried it many times. But you need to keep some points in mind. The firt point is, milk should be little hotter than warm, second point is mix it well after adding curd, third one is keep it in the hot water using a stand, fourth one is no need to keep the stove ON and the last one is just heat the water and switch OFF the stove.
