kadle bele chutney

Kadlebele chutney recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Kadlebele chutney or chana dal chutney is very tasty and easy to prepare. Kadlebele chutney is prepared using red chilli, kadlebele (gram dal or chana dal), urad dal, coriander seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, coconut and onion.

You can prepare this chutney and serve it with rice, when you don't have any vegetables. My Mother used to prepare this when we were young (she prepares it now also) and we all used to enjoy it alot. Kadlebele chutney (or gram dal chutney) and coconut oil along with hot steaming rice tastes heavenly.
