Kharbuja hannina Panaka recipe

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 0 min
Serves: 5

Ingredients required: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 2 cup water
  2. 1/4 part of muskmelon or kharbuja
  3. 2 tbsp powdered jaggery (or as per your taste)
  4. A big pinch of pepper powder
  5. A big pinch of cardamom powder

Instructions for making kharbuja hannina Panaka:

  1. Peel and chop the Kharbuja or muskmelon fruit.muskmelon for kharbuja panaka or muskmelon juice
  2. Next transfer them into a mixie jar or blender and add in the jaggery.cut muskmelon for kharbuja panaka or muskmelon juice
  3. Grind it or blend it well by adding required water.grinding for kharbuja panaka or muskmelon juice
  4. Transfer it into a container and add the remaining water. And add in crushed pepper and cardamom. You can also add it while grinding.pepper and cardamom for kharbuja panaka or muskmelon juice
