Masala poha is a quick, tasty and healthy breakfast recipe prepared using beaten rice, vegetables, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, tomato, spice powders, coconut and coriander leaves.

I have added carrot, beans and potato in this recipe, however you can add any other vegetables as per your choice. I have kept the tempering simpler, but you can add peanuts (shenga) or urad dal or chana dal or cashews as per your choice.
