Masale jolada rotti or masala jowar roti recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. Masale jolada rotti is prepared using jowar flour, onion, carrot, cucumber, cumin seeds, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger and salt. This is a very easy and tasty jolada rotti recipe.
Jolada rotti is a stomach filling breakfast item and you don't feel hungry for very long time. The dough will be more soft and the jolada rotti is patted directly on the tava (griddle). 2 to 3 tavas are used to prepare this kind of jolada rotti. You can also pat it on a banana leaf or on a butter sheet and transfer the patted roti on the hot tava. You can serve these ragi rottis with curd or sambar or chutney or any curry.
