Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1/2 cup millet or siridhanya (Any siridhanya can be used)
  2. 1.5 cup water

Ingredients for recipe1:

  1. 1 cup milk
  2. Sugar as per your taste
  3. 2 tsp ghee
  4. 1 tbsp raisins

Ingredients for recipe2:

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp urad dal
  4. 2 curry leaves
  5. 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger
  6. A pinch of asafoetida or hing
  7. 1 green chili or butter milk chili
  8. 2 tsp cooking oil
  9. Salt as per your taste

Ingredients for recipe3:

  1. 1 cup hot water
  2. 1 tsp ghee
  3. salt as required
  4. Pickle as required
  5. Instructions for making siridhanya or millets recipes:

    1. Take any siridhanya or millet in a pressure cooker and rinse it well. I have used little millet or Same akki in this recipe.rinsing millet or siridhanya for easy recipes
    2. Cook the millet or siridhanya well by adding 3 times water.cooked millet or siridhanya for easy recipes
