Roasted peanut chat recipe is a street food. There are many versions of peanut chat recipes are in practice. You can also use boiled peanut for this chat. This recipe is from my Sister-in-law. She learnt it from a street food selling vendor or I would say she guessed the ingredients and tried at home. It is popular by name "Raja chat" at her place. But I have changed it a bit as per my taste. Most important thing is once you prepare roasted peanut chat, serve it immediately.
