Mango Coconut milk popsicles recipe explained with step by step pictures. Mango coconut milkpopsicles are tasty, healthy and kids friendly recipe. This mango and coconut milk popsicles are vegan and no-diary popsicles. Mango coconut popsicles are refreshing, tasty and healthy during hot summer days.

My son loves popsicles...and I keep preparing them. I generally prepare Mango and milk popsicles during mango season. But this time I tried with Mango and coconut milk. Also I have tried layered popsicle here. If you are not interested, you can just mix everything and pour it into the moulds.

Since mango season and summer is getting over..I thought I should share this great recipe with you all before that. And I am sure you all will love it. I have made a quick video on this which I have embedded below. Kindly have a look.

These mango popsicles are made with fresh mangoes, coconut milk and sugar. Enjoy this summer with these refreshing mango fruit popsicles or mango ice candy. I do have listed few recipes as kids friendly recipes. Also I have already posted some mango recipes like mango curry, raw mango chutney and tender mango pickle. Hope you love them too!!.

Mango popsicles recipe

Preparation time: 10 min
Freezing time: 4 - 5 hrs
Serves: 4

Ingredients: (measuring cup used = 240ml)

  1. 1 cup chopped ripe mangoes
  2. 1 cup coconut milk
  3. 5 tsp sugar (as per your taste)
  4. Popsicle mould or small cups

Instructions for making Mango Coconut popsicles:

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes. Extract thick coconut milk from 1 cup grated fresh coconut. You can also use store bought coconut milk. mango and coconut milk for mango coconut milk popsicles
  2. Add in 4 - 5 tsp of coconut milk to the chopped mangoes.coconut milk for mango coconut milk popsicles
  3. Add in sugar (for both mangoes and coconut milk) as per your taste.sugar for mango  coconut milk popsicles
  4. Grind or blend the mangoes until smooth.blend mango and milk for mango coconut milk popsicles
  5. Now to begin with, Pour 2 - 3 tbsp of mango puree into Popsicle moulds and freeze for 15 minutes.pour mango puree into popsicle moulds for mango coconut milk popsicles
  6. Next pour in 4 tsp of coconut milk to each mould and freeze for 30 minutes.pour coconut milk into cup for mango coconut milk popsicles
  7. After 30 minutes pour in remaining mango puree into each mould and freeze until set. This will take 4 - 5 hours. I left it overnight.pour mango puree into cup for mango coconut milk popsicles
  8. Once set, hold the Popsicle mould under running tap water for a few seconds. Take out the popsicles or mango ice candy carefully. Enjoy healthy and delicious mango popsicles.hold the freezed popsicles under running water
