Masale rave kadubu or masala rave idli recipe explained with step by step pictures and a video. This is a very soft and tasty masala idli prepared using rava (sooji or upma rava), urad dal and a big fat tempering. This is a tasty and special breakfast recipe.
I have used banana leaf to steam the kadubu here. If you don't have banana leaf you can steam it using a wide container or like regular idlies. You can find varieties of idli recipes on this website like idli using idli rice, rava masala idli, soft idli using idli rava, instant poha or avalakki idli, >sweet and spicy pumpkin idli, >spicy cucumber idli and instant sabbakki or sabudana idli.
